How do your current information sources (news, social media, friends) reinforce your existing views?

Our informational diet is a major contributor to confirmation bias. If we only consume content that confirms what we already believe, we create an impenetrable filter bubble. Actively diversifying your sources, even those that might initially cause discomfort, is crucial for broadening your perspective and challenging your own biases. Action

Purposefully read an article or watch a news segment from a publication or channel known to hold a different political or social viewpoint than your own. Try to understand their reasoning, rather than immediately seeking flaws.
