applicationself-reflection
How often do you critically examine the justifications for your own deeply held beliefs?
Many of our beliefs, even those we consider fundamental, are often adopted from our environment, culture, or personal experiences without rigorous scrutiny. Epistemology encourages us to pause and ask: What evidence do I have for this? Is my justification sound? Understanding epistemology can help you identify biases, question assumptions, and build a more robust, evidence-based understanding of the world and yourself.
