These personal paradigms are often invisible until challenged. Reflecting on them can reveal ingrained biases, unexamined assumptions, or outdated mental models that might be preventing you from seeing new possibilities or understanding different viewpoints.

Action

Identify a situation where you felt stuck or disagreed strongly with someone. Write down the core assumptions you brought to that situation. Then, try to articulate the assumptions the other person might have held. How do these 'paradigms' differ?
