What are some of your own deeply held 'personal paradigms' that might be limiting your perspective?
Just as scientific communities operate within shared frameworks, individuals hold personal paradigms – fundamental beliefs, assumptions, and habits of thought that shape their perception of self, others, and the world. These personal paradigms are often invisible until challenged. Reflecting on them can reveal ingrained biases, unexamined assumptions, or outdated mental models that might be preventing you from seeing new possibilities or understanding different viewpoints.
