The Burj Khalifa contains 163 usable floors and used 330,000 cubic meters of concrete in its construction.

The tower's 163 floors house a mixed-use program including luxury apartments, corporate offices, the Armani Hotel, fitness and wellness facilities, a restaurant, and a mosque. The structural system required 330,000 cubic meters of concrete — enough to build a sidewalk 1.5 meters wide stretching a quarter of the way around the Earth at the equator. Total construction costs approached one billion euros.
